INVITATION TO THE STRATEGIC PARTNER IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT BEAUTY CONTEST IN IMPLEMENTING THE JOINT VENTURE OF A KOTA DELI MEGAPOLITAN PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM OVER A LAND AREA OF APPOXIMATELY 8.000 HA LOCATED IN THE STRATEGIC SITE OF REGENCY OF DELI SERDANG AND SUROUNDING AREAS-SUMATERA UTARA PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA II (PERSERO) (“PTPN II”) hereby invite all eligible institutions or corporations as an investor/strategic partner to deliver the proposal or letter of intent in implementing the joint venture to develop, establish, manage and operate a land area of appoximately 8.000 Ha owned by PTPN II, located in the Regency of Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara Province. Such joint venture shall be done in the form of provision of working capital, capital investment, skill and knowledge to develop, establish, manage, and operate the said land area owned by PTPN II, into an integrated residential, business, education, industry, recreational, and sport area. For the satisfaction to this pre-qualification requirements and beauty contest process, every interested investor shall be required to submit a letter of intent as well as enclosing other supporting documents, such as: (i) copy of the article of association and its amendments of such investor’s company and every available licenses, (ii) copy of the shareholders register and the latest management composition of such company, (iii) its company profile, (iv) copy of financial statement (audited) for the financial year of 2007 until 2010, and (v) letter of reference from a bank in Indonesia, which demonstrate the investor’s capacity and experience in the field of real estate as well as having the ability and sufficient financial capacity to implement such joint venture with PTPN II Every investors who have met with such pre-qualification requirements as refered above, shall be entitled to participate in the next qualification process, subject to the terms and conditions to be further stipulated by PTPN II, among other: (i) signing of a letter of statement and undertaking, (ii) submission of receipt of qualification administration payment, (iii) bid bond and (vi) other terms and conditions, which will be further determined by PTPN II The registration and submission of such pre-qualification requirements as refered above shall be opened in two periods whereas: (i) first period shall be opened as of 16th December 2011 until 23rd December 2011 at 3.00 PM and (ii) second period shall be opened as of 3rd January 2012 until 12th January 2012 at 3.00 PM, which will be address to the Board of Directors of PT.
